At Vistrio, we believe we have an important obligation to protect the privacy of all the consumer data we maintain. Our privacy promise incorporates specific practices that include ethical and responsible standards for handling all personal data. These practices provide clients and consumers with the trust and value necessary to build long-term relationships that benefit both parties.

Vistrio works with reputable online and offline partners and members who collect consumer data from their customers and share it with us. These parties disclose their data-sharing practices to consumers during registration or by stating such within their privacy policy. Vistrio may supplement this customer information with publicly available data.
- Consumers may terminate receipt of direct mail, phone and e-mail solicitations by notifying Vistrio. Vistrio offers consumers an opt-out or unsubscribe option. Vistrio will recognize receipt of a consumer request and will process it within three business days; however, this time period may be longer during periods of high volume. Vistrio maintains consumer opt-out information indefinitely to honor all unsubscribe or opt-out requests until or unless the consumer re-subscribes or re-opts-in with Vistrio. If you do not wish to receive information from Vistrio, or if you do not wish us to provide other reputable companies with your mailing information, or if you wish to remove yourself from our list, please send us a request with the exact name and address and other relevant information via e-mail to privacy@vistrio.com or contact us by phone or mail.
- Consumer contact information is shared with marketers. Vistrio shares consumer contact information with advertisers and their agents so that advertisers may notify consumers of offers relevant to their lifestyle and needs using e-mail, direct mail and telephone, and to customize point-of-sale activity.
- Vistrio tracks consumer response to offers to provide consumers with more relevant information on products and services or upcoming events. Our goal at Vistrio is to provide consumers with timely and relevant information on products and services or upcoming events that complement their lifestyle and needs.
- Vistrio will NOT knowingly promote to individuals under 18 years of age and does not support offers known to be illegal, illegitimate or offensive. We do not support pyramid-scheme offers. We review every advertiser and their promotion before consumers receive it to ensure that the company is reputable and the marketing message is credible and relevant.
- Vistrio may periodically request that consumers complete a survey in order to collect additional information about their needs and wants. We may also obtain additional information from our affiliates, and where legally permitted, from other companies with which we have business relationships. Again, our goal is to provide consumers with timely and relevant information on products and services or upcoming events that complement their observed or anticipated interests.
- Vistrio utilizes consumer demographic, lifestyle and purchase behavior to better align advertisers and their offers with the observed or anticipated interests of consumers. Vistrio charges advertisers a fee for using our service. We do not report any of this personally identifiable information to outside parties unless required to do so by law.
- Vistrio maintains privacy practices that are endorsed by The Direct Marketing Association (DMA). We maintain strict security of consumer data and maintain guidelines to protect for loss, misuse or alteration of information collected and used in our Vistrio program. Additionally, Vistrio regularly incorporates updates from the DMA Mail Preference Service (MPS) and the DMA Telephone Preference Service (TPS) as well as adheres to the National Do Not Call Registry.
- Vistrio reviews all of its policies from time to time and reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, in its sole discretion. Please review this privacy policy from time to time so that you can be aware of any changes. If there is a material change in this policy, you will be notified through a message on our Web properties of such change.
- Vistrio may provide consumers with links to other advertisers' Web sites. If a consumer clicks on one of these links, the consumer may be taken to a separate Web site. We do not control the privacy practices of these secondary Web sites and, therefore, are not responsible for the privacy or content of the sites. Additionally, information disclosed in a public forum, such as a bulletin board or chat room, is considered public information. We encourage consumers to review the privacy policy of any site they visit.
- In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or a change of control of Vistrio's divisional parent corporation, all data would be considered a business asset and would be transferred subject to the terms of this privacy policy.
