Account Director and Operations Manager
With almost a decade of experience in information-based marketing, Lacy Schuette brings a holistic understanding of customer-driven marketing strategy, including CRM, product management, and merchandising. Her multi-dimensional knowledge includes in-depth experience in database marketing, marketing communications, primary and secondary research, statistical analysis and modeling interpretation, and new data product development. With past experience in the retail and manufacturing industries, Lacy applies retail marketing and merchandising principles to the development of solutions for the travel marketplace.
As an Account Director, Lacy works with various clients to ensure they are leveraging customer insights to identify high opportunity customers and prospects, resulting in improved marketing performance. As Operations Manager, Lacy plays a key role in the day to day management of the business, with a focus on Travel Dynamics database maintenance and development, product development and resource management.
Prior to joining Vistrio, Lacy was with Equitec, one of the founding partners of Vistrio. She played a key role in launching Equitec's rapid growth in the retail, manufacturing and travel markets. She held many positions during her tenure with Equitec including leadership roles in marketing, product management, strategic alliance development and account management. She has consulted at the executive level to help companies improve their marketing ROI through brand and product development, market research and CRM program support initiatives. Her strategic application of consumer data, in conjunction with advanced analytics, has helped create many actionable client growth strategies.
Lacy has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and has been professionally trained in several disciplines of organizational behavior.
